We do NOT store any credit card details.
Any personal details submitted by you to us are for the purpose of shipping and completing the sale. We would never make it available to thirds parties.
Returns or Exchanges
It is our mission to provide you with a product that meets your expectations.
However, if the product is faulty we will refund your money.
Or if any clothing or costume is not quite the right size if you return it immediately
we will replace it with the right size for you.
The cost of returning it to us will be your responsibility.
Warranty
Our warranty covers our product that it has left here in perfect condition.
However anything mechanical that fails within a month of you receiving
it can be returned to us for replacement or money back.
Delivery
If you have any delivery instructions other than those stated in our “Shipping Policy”
Section, please email us at the time of your order.
It is our intention to fill your order as soon as it is received. If a particular item is out
of stock we will endeavour to fill that order as soon as possible. This may require a
delay of up to 14 days. The choice would then be yours whether or not to continue
with the order.
