They just go into the website and choose what they want and then select 'Gift Certificate' in the shopping cart. The postage cover of $4.50 to send their purchase to them will be deducted from their certificate. If you want to send $40 then just select $15 and $25. They can use the certificate as a part payment on a more expensive item and pay the remainder by online banking.They can go across both websites to shop if they wish.
You will need to complete the section 'Ordering Instructions' on the first shopsite screen to tell us their name or their pet's name and also their email address.
If they dont have an email address we can send a certificate to them by post. You will then need to then supply a physical address for us instead.
