COLLARS AND LEADS

Choosing the right size collar

Measure the circumference of the dog's neck and add 4 inches (9 cms).

You should be able to put two fingers between the neck and the collar.

1/2 - 5/8 inches is best for small dogs and puppies.

3/4' for medium sized dogs.

1 - 1 1/2 inches for large dogs.

Look also under Gummi Collars for rubber collars that have glow in the dark spikes. There is also a flashing collar to let your dog stand out in the dark.

There is a rubber pronged choker chain under Training Collars. A more kinder way to train your dog.

There is also a collar to cool your dog down in the summer.
